1. Who we are and what this covers

Outfitual is an AI styling and digital wardrobe service for iOS, Android and the web, with a launch website. This policy covers the website, app, accounts, and features operated by Rocket Digital Limited. For privacy requests, use the Contact Us page.

The website currently collects launch-list and contact-form submissions. The app has additional account, media, AI, purchase, and optional measurement functions. Availability and active integrations may differ by platform and region.

2. Data we collect

You may give us an email address, name, contact message, account credentials through sign-in providers, clothing photos, personal photos for virtual try-on or reference photos, style preferences, garment details, saved outfits, calendar entries, packing lists, wishlist items, and stylist conversations. Community posts are public only when you choose to publish them.

We also process device and app identifiers, security and diagnostic information, purchase and entitlement status, ad reward events, and limited usage events. The app does not receive your full payment card number from Apple, Google, or RevenueCat. Website hosting can receive IP addresses and request logs. The launch form stores a time-limited hashed network identifier for abuse prevention, not the raw IP address in its form collection.

3. Photos, faces, clothing images, and videos

A personal photo used for virtual try-on can contain your face and body. We use it to create the clothing previews and 360-degree videos you request. We do not use face recognition to identify you, build a face database, or use your photos or videos in advertising or marketing without a separate, specific permission. Please do not upload another person's image unless you have the right and their permission to do so.

On supported iPhones, an initial photo-to-wardrobe scan runs on the device. The original scanned photo is not uploaded by that scan; the clothing cutouts you approve and save are uploaded to Firebase Storage and associated with your account so the wardrobe can work across devices. Other photos you explicitly upload, including a personal photo for virtual try-on or a reference image, are stored in Firebase Storage. This means saved clothing images are not device-only today.

When you request a cloud AI feature, the selected input photo or clothing image and the resulting image or video may be sent to the service provider needed for that request, including fal.ai or Replicate and model providers reached through them. Outfitual retrieves the result and stores it with your account where the feature calls for it. These providers process the media to deliver the requested result; they are not given it for Outfitual marketing. We do not send uploaded photos or videos to advertising or analytics providers as ad creatives or audience data.

Generated images and videos are approximations. They may not preserve a person's appearance, clothing, or fit accurately. A download link or media you voluntarily publish or share may be seen by others; avoid sharing a private link publicly.

4. Why we process data

We use account and wardrobe information to authenticate you, save your chosen items, sync your wardrobe, and deliver styling features. We use submitted media and prompts only as needed to perform the AI task you request, support the resulting item, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests. We use purchase data to grant or restore entitlements and prevent billing fraud.

Where applicable, our legal bases may include providing the service you request, your consent for optional marketing or measurement, compliance with law, and our legitimate interests in security and support. The applicable basis depends on the activity and your location.

5. Service providers and SDKs

Firebase and Google Cloud provide authentication, database, storage, functions and infrastructure. RevenueCat connects app-store purchases to membership access. fal.ai and Replicate process selected inputs and outputs for requested AI features. Depending on the feature and configuration, fal.ai may route a request to OpenAI-branded image models or to OpenRouter and Google-hosted vision models. Google AdMob can serve rewarded ads. Google Analytics for Firebase and the Facebook SDK can receive limited app event or device information when the relevant choices allow it.

After you allow optional website analytics, Google Analytics 4 measures page visits and App Store and Google Play badge clicks. Google may set analytics cookies and receive page paths, referral sources, approximate location, and browser or device information. On Vercel-hosted deployments, Vercel Web Analytics also measures page visits and those store clicks after the same choice. Each store-click event contains only the page language and badge placement. Vercel Analytics is not loaded on the private Sites review build. We do not put contact-form contents, account details, photos, or videos in those events. The landing page does not load Meta Pixel, Google Ads tags, AppsFlyer, or Pinterest tracking scripts. You can change your analytics choice in the website footer.

Providers may process data in other countries. We will use the contractual and transfer safeguards required for the launch regions. Each provider's own processing and deletion periods can differ from ours; we cannot promise immediate deletion from its backups.

6. Analytics, ads, and tracking choices

App analytics and marketing measurement start off until you make the relevant choice where the app asks for it. On iOS, marketing events that require tracking also depend on Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission. You can change optional choices in the app. Essential account, security, purchase, and requested AI processing continue when optional measurement is off.

When you opt into marketing measurement, RevenueCat may receive your verified email address or phone number, device identifiers, and consented campaign details. Configured integrations may forward hashed contact matching information to Meta. Ads and attribution services may receive permitted device identifiers and limited event data. We do not put personal photos used for virtual try-on, clothing photos, or generated videos into analytics event parameters. The landing website presently has no advertising pixel or marketing cookie. If this changes, consent controls and this policy must change first where required.

7. Purchases and subscriptions

Apple or Google handles in-app payment details and sends purchase status to RevenueCat and Outfitual so we can provide access. RevenueCat may process app user identifiers, product identifiers, transaction status, and configured attribution data. Deleting an Outfitual account does not cancel a subscription with Apple or Google; cancel it in the store where you subscribed.

8. Retention and deleting individual media

You can remove your personal photo used for virtual try-on in the app when no AI image or video request is in progress. You can remove saved clothing items and outfits in the app. When account deletion completes, we remove the related account data and media files stored in your account. Some copies may remain for a limited period in backups or provider systems, and records needed for legal, security, or billing obligations may be retained.

A universal 90-day automatic deletion process for uploaded images and generated videos is not yet implemented. Saved wardrobe cutouts and personal photos used for virtual try-on currently remain until you remove them or delete the account. We will not represent 90 days as an active guarantee until the deletion process is deployed and verified. Exact periods for temporary job media, support messages, waitlist records, logs, and provider copies must be finalized before public launch.

9. Delete your account anytime

In the app, open your profile and select Delete my account. Confirm the request and, for a signed-in account, sign in again if prompted. If a generation is still running, let it finish and retry. Account deletion removes the Firebase account, user records, private media stored under that account, and community posts tied to it. For help or a web deletion request, use the Contact Us page and say that you want your Outfitual account deleted. We may verify that you own the account before acting.

Deleting the app from a device does not delete the account. Account deletion does not cancel an app-store subscription. If law requires us to retain a narrow record, we will explain that in our response.

10. Your rights, security, and children

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction or objection, withdraw consent, or complain to a data protection authority. Contact Us to make a request. We use access controls and encrypted connections, but no system can be guaranteed completely secure.

The app is not intended for children below the minimum age that will be published for each launch region. We must confirm the supported regions and age threshold before public launch. Do not provide another person's sensitive images or information without authority.

11. Changes

We may revise this policy as features and providers change. We will post the updated date and give further notice when law requires it. Review the current policy before using a newly launched feature.
