Terms of Service
A CLEAR AGREEMENT

1. Service and eligibility

Rocket Digital Limited operates Outfitual. Outfitual provides a digital wardrobe, AI styling tools, virtual try-on, generated images and videos, and related website content. Features, platforms, prices, and availability can change. You must meet the minimum age for your launch region, which will be stated before public release, and must have authority to agree to these terms.

The launch notification list is free. It does not create an app account, reserve a subscription, or guarantee access.

2. Your account

You are responsible for accurate account information, the security of your sign-in methods, and activity under your account. Guest accounts are also accounts for deletion purposes. Tell us through Contact Us if you believe an account has been misused.

3. Your images, videos, and other content

You keep the rights you have in photos, videos, clothing images, text, and other content you submit. You give Outfitual and the service providers needed for the feature a limited permission to host, copy, transform, and process that content solely to provide the feature you request, maintain your saved results, secure the service, and meet legal obligations. This permission ends when the content is deleted, subject to necessary backup, provider, or legal retention.

We do not sell your uploaded images or videos, provide them to advertising partners as creatives, or use your user-generated images or videos for Outfitual marketing without a separate, specific permission. Selected media must be transmitted to Firebase Storage and to AI processors such as fal.ai or Replicate when you request features that use them. These services may run OpenAI-branded or other third-party AI models. That service processing is explained in the Privacy Policy.

On supported iPhones, the original photo used for local wardrobe scanning stays on the device during that scan. Clothing cutouts you approve for your saved wardrobe are uploaded to your account's Firebase storage. Do not assume that all clothing images stay only on your device.

Upload only material that you own or are allowed to use, including consent from any identifiable person. A social-media screenshot or Pin does not automatically give you rights to reuse, transform, or publish it. Do not create deceptive, nonconsensual, sexual, hateful, or unlawful content.

4. AI outputs and sharing

AI outputs can be inaccurate, biased, or unsuitable. Virtual try-on is a visual approximation, not a body measurement, a guarantee of fit, or a reliable representation of a product. Generated rotation videos are visualizations, not measured 3D scans. Check important decisions independently.

Your wardrobe is private by default. You choose whether to publish a community post or share a media link. Content you publish may be visible, copied, or reshared by others. We may remove content or restrict access when needed to enforce these terms, protect people, or comply with law.

5. Delete images and your account anytime

You can remove your personal photo used for virtual try-on and remove saved clothing items or outfits through app controls. In Profile, choose Delete my account to request permanent deletion of the account and associated user data. You may need to reauthenticate; active AI jobs must finish first. You may also request deletion through Contact Us. We may verify account ownership before processing a web request.

The current service does not yet automatically delete every uploaded image after 90 days. Uploaded personal photos used for virtual try-on, approved wardrobe cutouts, and saved generated media remain until removed or the account is deleted, subject to the Privacy Policy's provider and backup details. A 90-day automatic policy will be stated here only after it is implemented and verified. Deleting the app does not delete the account or cancel an app-store subscription.

6. Subscriptions, credits, and refunds

Available plans, prices, renewal terms, included uses, and optional packs are shown before purchase. Apple or Google manages eligible in-app purchases; RevenueCat helps us recognize entitlements. Store cancellation and refund rules and applicable consumer law govern those transactions. Cancel in the store where you subscribed. Deleting your Outfitual account does not stop store billing.

Features may have fair-use, safety, technical, or plan limits. We will show material limits before purchase. We do not promise that a free tier includes unlimited AI generations.

7. Acceptable use and third-party services

Do not infringe others' rights, impersonate people, submit images without required consent, harass users, evade limits, interfere with security, scrape private data, or use the service for illegal purposes. Third-party stores, sign-in providers, AI processors, and linked services have their own terms. We do not control external sites or guarantee their availability.

A direct Pinterest account connection or board import may be unavailable or limited by Pinterest permissions. Do not rely on an advertised future integration until it appears in the app.

8. Intellectual property and all rights reserved

Outfitual retains all rights in its name, trademarks, software, original website design, copy, and other proprietary materials. All rights reserved. These terms give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive right to use the service as offered; they do not transfer our intellectual property to you. You retain your own content rights as described above. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners.

9. Availability, liability, and consumer rights

We work to keep the service available and descriptions accurate, but outages and AI errors can occur. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without a promise that every result will be accurate or uninterrupted. Any final liability cap, governing law, and dispute procedure must be completed for the legal operator and launch regions before public release.

Nothing in these terms excludes statutory consumer rights, liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or remedies that applicable law requires. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms when the service changes. We will provide additional notice where required. Use Contact Us for questions about these terms, privacy, rights, or account deletion.
